Double-bed room
All of the rooms are the same size. We didn't mind having a double-bed room. We were more interested in getting an ocean view room. We were in room #2208 which is downstairs and has the best view of the ocean except for the room above this #2207. When we were at the Xpu-Ha they were showing this room to visitors so it was not available. Rooms #2204 through #2211 are among some of the best ocean view rooms in the resort. Even rooms are on the bottom and odds are on top.
Jucuzzi
The Jacuzzi was huge. One thing to be careful of is that people can see through the blinds at night from the outside. You need to somehow cover this blind unless you don't mind giving them a show.

Double Vanity Area
There is also a vanity with a light on the other side of the room. I used this to put on my make-up and dry my hair. The TV is located immediately to the right when you open the door. You will also have a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and small refrigerator on one side of the jacuzzi. The refrigerator has Dos XX's, Tecate Light, various softdrinks, and plenty of water which is restocked daily. The beer is in cans. Extra bottles of water are located on top of the refrigerator. The door you see leads to the toilet and shower. No tub.
Doule Vanity
Vanity from other side of room. There is a small hair dryer. OK for men but probably not for a woman. Also, the king size rooms are the same size but seem to have more room on both sides of the bed. These rooms are OK for two people and for two adults with small children but could become very crowded with older children and impossible to live in with teenagers. The rooms at the Riu Palace were much, much larger (but did not have an ocean view).
Check-in area at night
I ran out of inside room photos so have posted some remaining check-in photos.
